Michael Ibarra de Perea - a people centered practitioner
Michael is a Human Resources Executive, and Leadership and Management Professional with over 15 years of experience leading people and empowering teams. A former Naval Officer of 6 years, he earned a BS in Anthropology from Tulane University, an MBA from New Mexico Highlands University, and holds senior level certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management. Other relevant certifications include Strategic Workplace Planning from the Human Capital Institute and Mediation from Community Boards. He currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Alameda Health Consortium/Community Health Center Network and resides in the Bay Area.
